WaveSecure – Another Lost Phone App for your Android Phone

These days you have to make security one of your top priorities for everything and that includes your phone. Last week we reviewed Lookout which helps to protect your phone from viruses and you can track it in case it ever gets stolen. There is another App call WaveSecure (video after the jump) that has many of the same features along with some new ones.

WaveSecure Anti-Theft Android App boasts these great features :

WaveSecure is a free download from the Android Marketplace. You can also download it by going to m.wavesecure.com. You can’t ask for much more from a Anti-theft app for your android phone. It has everything you need to keep your phone safe. The one thing missing from WaveSecure compared to Lookout is the virus protection. Whenever I update or download an app from the marketplace, Lookout scans it first to make sure that is virus free. I guess until an app comes out that has ALL of these features you need to decide what’s most important to you.
