Verizon to send OTA fix for DROID camera issues
By Admin on Dec 04, 2009 with 1
Remember the camera issues for the Motorola Droid that we posted about previously? Apparently the problem was a timestamp date calculation error that caused the phoen to have 24.5 days of proper autofocusing followed by 24.5 days of poor photography. The next set of poor photography days is set to kick off on Dec 11th.

Well according to Verizon that will be fixed in the coming weeks. There is no definitive date but hopefully it will be before the 11th. The new software is also supposed to improve voice quality, which never seemed to be an issue, but if it’s better I’m sure no one will complain.
