With Aldiko you can download thousands of books right from the app, no need to download them from other websites or mess with cables. Comfortable and customizable reading experience (font type, color margin, night mode, etc.), bookmarks, full text search. The books come with tags but the app allows you to add your own to organize them to your liking.

Not all of the books are free but a good majority are. This app is a great (and much cheaper) alternative to other eBook readers such as the Kindle and other eReaders.

The biggest con to this app is the fact that it does not support other eBook format, it strictly uses ePub, which offers thousands of titles however. Some people have complained about the selection of eBooks, but that is going to be personal preference.
