Google Launches Another Android App: Google Shopper

Google has just recently announced another made for Android app called Google Shopper. Google Shopper is similar to some other apps that let you quickly find product information using your cell phone’s camera. One of the interesting features it that you don’t have to scan the bar code. The app can recognize the covers of books, DVDs, CDs, and video games, as well as bar codes. There is even an option to speak the name of the product you are looking for. You can use Google Shopper to find prices on items, places to purchase items, or just to find additional information. As with most Google Apps you can start items and share them with your friends.

Here is a video of Googe Shopper in action:

To download Google Shopper to your Android-powered phone, scan the QR Code below, or search for “Shopper” on Android Market.
