    Re: What to do if Android phone keeps rebooting automatically?

    Dear friend,
    As described by you that your Android smartphone keeps rebooting at a certain interval of time.Have you flashed a custom ROM or Kernel?If so then try to return to stock ROM or original firmware as custom ROM or Kernel might be the root cause.Also check if you have recently installed any app after which you might be facing the reboot issue.Try to locate that app and uninstall.This might resolve the issue.Also try to clear data and cache for all download apps.To do this go to settings menu------------->Applications-------->Manage applications-------------->Select Downloaded------------->Open app individually-------------->Clear data/cache.
    If the issue of reboot does not get resolved with these methods then we have last option of Factory resetting.To factory reset do the following:
    Go to settings menu----------------------->
    Privacy or Backup and reset--------------->
    Factory data reset----------------------->
    Reset phone----------------------------->
    Done.

    Now phone will restart and factory reset would be performed.Warning:Before factory reset do backup data in internal memory like contacts,messages,etc as the data will be wipe in the process of factory resetting.This should resolve the issue if software is the issue but if this also fails then my friend it is hardware problem and you will have to contact your mobile service center.Hope i helped.
    Regards,
    Arvind

    Hi friend,
    You can try Forced restart to solve this issue..
    Turn the phone off...Hold down the Volume down button and power for about 10-20 seconds...Now the device will restart..It will not delete any contents or apps on your phone
    If the problem still continues,go for a factory reset..Backup your files before reset...Go to "Settings" and then go to "Privacy" and then tap "Factory Reset Phone"-->"Reset phone"-->"Erase everything"

    Thank you!!!

    Hi,

    See,it looks as if this is happening due to virus and trojan.
    Viruses are nothing but programs that keep executing in the background without letting the user know about it.
    There are some dangerous viruses that force the system to reboot.
    This is what is happening in your case.
    I will suggest you to scan your phone as soon as possible.
    Catch all the viruses and throw them off!

    Bye!

    Re: What to do if Android phone keeps rebooting automatically?

    Hello sir,

    I think you will get the solution after delete the cache.

    Simply follow me for the cache deleting it::>>>>

    Go to the menu.

    Tap On the settings.

    Then tap on the apps.

    Then tap on the manage apps.

    Then select all the apps.

    There tap for deleting cache.

    I am sure that you will get the solution.

    However if you will not get the solution then factory reset your device.

    Follow me for the factory reset::>>>

    Go to the menu.

    Tap on the settings.

    Then tap on the security and privacy.

    There you will get the factory reset your device.

    that's it.

    But one thing that you should have to remember is that you will lose all the data after factory reset your device.
    So my suggestion to you is that you should have to pick out all the important files from your device before resetting it.

    Thanks.
