    Hi friend,
Try to do a factory reset again..It might solve the problem..Try to clear the cache memory and data of the app..
    1.Go to Menu
    2.Tap "Settings"
    3.Then tap "Applications"
    4.Tap on "Manage Applications"
    5.Select "All" tab
    6.Go to "Google Play" app
7.Tap on "Clear cache" and "Clear Data"
8.And also tap on "Uninstall updates"
Now restart the mobile and relaunch the app..But when you accessing the Google Play, make sure that you gave the username and password of your Gmail account..If the Google play still not working, download the .apk version of Google play from the internet and install it on your device...

    Thank you!!!

    Reasons creating the problem =======>>>

    --unsuccessful resetting of the phone

    --overload of RAM

--low internal memory due to installation of too many apps

    Solutions :

--check out all these points and see whether you have any of these problems

--now carefully delete all the unwanted apps

--clear cache memory and try to keep the RAM free as much as possible

--if problem still persists, then do Factory Rest again and do not disturb the phone during reset operation

This problem can be solved by simply clearing the Cache memory of Play Store.Below I have mentioned the steps to do so:-

    • From your home screen go to settings.
    • Tap the settings, when it open below will see Applications.
    • Tap on the Applications, will see Manage Applications.
    • Now again tap on Manage Applications,a new page will be opened.
    • Above will see an option as All.
    • Open it & drag to below until you find Google Play Store.
    • Tap on Play store,a new window appear in that below will see Clear Cache Memory option.
    • Simply touch it & memory will be cleared. After that problem will also be removed.

-do not junk up internal memory and RAM

-clear cache memory in order to have a faster and smooth process

Reset once more following the steps ====>>>>

    -Go to settings

    -click on Privacy

-select 'factory data reset' and then 'phone reset'

-Ensure the phone has sufficient battery back up

-It must not interrupted anyhow during the whole rebooting process

my dear friend here is what i would suggest to you.
First of all uninstall your old play store version.
After that free some memory in your phone by deleting some older applications.
After that again reset your phone.
After that again install a new version of the google play store.
Log in to it and download whatever you want.
    Good luck.
