    Email Setup Error: Username or password incorrect on my HTC Thunderbolt

    I have 2 email accounts on my phone. One is a hotmail account and the other is setup in Microsoft Outlook account. The problem seems to be occurring with the Microsoft Outlook account. Recently I changed the password for this account online, and I got the message saying it could not connect with the server. So I removed the Microsoft Outlook account and restarted the email setup using the new password. However, everytime I try to start this it says "username or password incorrect". Please help me out this.

    ***GO TO THE HOME SCREEN TO UNLOCK IT.

    ****NOW GO TO THE APPS.

    ***THEN TAP ON THE MANAGE APPS.

    ***AFTER THAT TAP ON THE EMAIL.

    ***THEN TAP ON THE CLEAR THE CACHE.

    hello sir,

    go to the menu first.

    Then tap on the mail login.

    The fill the user name.

    After that tap on the forgot password.

    Then face some security checks.

    Then reset your password.

    That's it.

    hello sir,

    i think that you are facing the email incorrect error in to your device due to the some bug attack on to your apps.
    So simply you have to remove the bug for getting the solution to your problem.

    First of all turn on your device.

    Now after that go to the menu.

    Then tap on the apps.

    There you will get the option of manage apps.

    Tap on that option.

    After that tap on the email apps.

    Than tap on the option.

    Then tap on the clear cache.

    That's all.
